OWNER DIRECT BOOKINGS + PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an approved booking.

A 50% final payment is required 2 weeks prior to stay.

Bookings can also be made on Airbnb or VRBO under the terms offered by these sites.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

For Direct Bookings, we have a three (3) night minimum stay over holidays. All long weekends (Canadian and/or US) containing a statutory holiday, Christmas/New Years (dates will fluctuate year to year), and stays of 5 nights or longer require not less than 1 month’s notice of cancellation for a full deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 1 month prior to your check-in. There is a $25.00 accounting fee on all refunds, this amount will be deducted from your refunded deposit. Full payment required 2 weeks in advance of check-in date, non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We follow the ‘Firm’ cancellation policy used on the Airbnb site: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Please note that there is a $25.00 accounting fee on all refunds, this amount will be deducted from your refunded deposit. FEES

Our nightly rates vary depending upon seasonal demand and availability. In addition to our nightly rates, there is a $130 CAD cleaning fee per stay plus 5% GST and 8% PST on the total (including the cleaning fee).
